MyParcel Webshop Return Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing or by email of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. Your notification must be sent before the 14-day period expires.
2. Return Conditions
You may return a product unless it falls under one of the exclusions specified in our General Terms and Conditions:
Products that have been made to your specifications or are clearly intended for a specific person.
Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken.
Products that, after delivery, have by their nature been irrevocably mixed with other items.
Products that are damaged or incomplete.
Products for which more than 90 days have passed since receipt.
3. Return Request
To request a return, please follow these steps:
Send an email to info@myparcel.nl with the subject line: “Return request – order number: XXXXXX”
Include the following information in your email:
Order number
Name
Product(s) you wish to return
Reason for the return
Optionally, attach photos (for example, in case of damage)
You will receive a response with further instructions within 24 hours (on business days).
Please note: You are responsible for returning the products and for the associated return shipping costs. If you prefer, we can arrange the return process for you; the costs will then be charged to you afterwards.
4. Refund
After we have received and inspected the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount using the original payment method, provided that all return conditions have been met.
