Want to have your parcels collected by DHL? No problem. Schedule the collection service via your account and DHL will simply collect your parcels from your home or another address of your choice. It doesn’t get much easier than that! The Collection Service can be scheduled on an occasional or structural basis and is available for DHL products: DHL For You, DHL Parcel Connect and DHL Europlus.

- Pick-up surcharge
DHL charges a pickup surcharge per shipment. The amount of the surcharge depends on the volume and weight of the shipment. This surcharge applies to parcels and letterbox parcels within the Netherlands.
How can I have a parcel collected by DHL?
You can request a DHL pickup from your MyParcel account. Go to 'Pickup service' in your account and choose 'New pickup'. Select DHL and fill in the request form.
