What does it cost to send a parcel with UPS?
That depends on the parcel type, the weight, the destination and your shipping options. The rate calculator gives you an indication based on your number of shipments, the parcel type and the destination. You'll see the exact rate for your shipment in your account, before you create the label.
How large can a UPS parcel be?
That depends on whether you drop your parcel off or have it collected.
Via a UPS location: longest side up to 97 cm, girth up to 330 cm, up to 20 kg
Via the pickup service: longest side up to 274 cm, girth up to 400 cm, up to 70 kg.
Surcharges may apply to your shipment, including the fuel surcharge and a surcharge for delivery to a residential address.

Shipping and delivery options with UPS.
Choose a shipping option per shipment that suits your product: insured shipping, 18+ age verification, delivery to the recipient only, or signature on delivery. Useful for age-restricted or high-value products, because you decide who is allowed to accept the parcel.
Drop off or have your parcels collected.
UPS has more than 1,500 drop-off locations across the Netherlands, with new ones being added. The location finder in our platform shows you which ones are nearby.
If you'd rather not drop your parcels off yourself, you book a UPS pickup per shipment from the platform. That's also the route for larger and heavier shipments, since the maximum dimensions are higher with collection.
Returns with UPS.
Your customer opens your returns portal, selects a reason and gets a return label straight away, from within the Netherlands and from abroad.
