What does it cost to send a parcel with DHL?
That depends on the parcel type, the weight, the destination and your shipping options. The rate calculator gives you an indication based on your number of shipments, the parcel type and the destination. You'll see the exact rate for your shipment in your account, before you create the label.

Within the Netherlands, a DHL parcel can be up to 120 x 60 x 60 cm. The maximum weight varies by size, from S to XXL.

If you'd rather not drop your parcels off yourself, you request DHL's pickup service from the platform.

Your customer opens your returns portal, selects a reason and gets a return label straight away, from abroad as well. Returns rules let you set per country which carrier handles the return.
