With MyParcel, you can send parcels under different conditions, which we call ‘shipping options’. Shipping options offer extra security when sending your parcels. The various shipping conditions that you can choose when sending parcels are available here.

Signature upon receipt
This way, you know exactly who received the parcel and when.
Delivery to recipient
Your parcel will only be delivered to the address provided on the shipping label.
No-answer return
Your parcel will be returned after the first failed delivery attempt.
18+ age check
The deliverer checks whether the person to whom the shipment is handed over is 18 years of age or older.
Insured delivery
This allows you to send insured parcels with destinations within the Netherlands.
Insured delivery abroad
Sending insured parcels with international destinations.
Larger than 100 x 70 x 58 cm or heavier than 23 kg
For sending a heavier or larger parcel.
