Sending a large or heavy parcel with PostNL.
With MyParcel, you can send parcels larger than the standard parcel size (100x70x58cm) and/or heavier than 23kg. The ‘Larger than 100 x 70 x 58 cm or heavier than 23 kg’ shipping option is available for both larger and heavier parcels. With this shipping option, you can send a parcel with maximum dimensions of 175x78x58cm and/or a maximum weight of 30kg.

Setting up a large parcel shipment.
Create a new parcel shipment in the back office.
Enter the recipient’s address details.
Under Shipping options, select Larger than 100 x 70 x 58 cm or heavier than 23 kg.
Save the shipment, download the shipping label, print it out and stick it onto the shipment.
Deliver your parcel to a PostNL location or have it collected by the Collection Service.

18+ age check
The deliverer checks whether the person to whom the shipment is handed over is 18 years of age or older.
No-answer return
Your parcel will be returned after the first failed delivery attempt.
